Affordable, Flexible & Low Cost Therapy Options Los Angeles

I offer affordable, flexible, and low‑cost therapy for individuals and families in Los angeles and across California who need emotional and/or mental health support. My approach is trauma informed and culturally responsive. Sessions are available online, in English or Spanish, so you can access care in the language and format that feels most comfortable for you. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, identity, or family challenges, therapy is a space where you can show up as you are and receive support that fits your budget and your schedule.

You can choose between:

  • Ongoing, open-ended therapy
  • A focused 12-week therapy plan
  • Low-cost or sliding-scale options (when available)

Choosing What’s Right for You

Some clients begin with 12 weeks of affordable and flexible therapy and later transition into ongoing support. Others prefer to work open‑ended from the start, especially when they are looking for low‑cost therapy that can grow with them over time. During our consultation, we can talk about what feels realistic for your schedule, your goals, and your budget. We can also discuss whether you prefer sessions in English or Spanish, and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now.

During our consultation, we can discuss:

  • Your goals
  • Your financial considerations
  • Your preferred structure
  • Your current capacity

There is no “better” option — only what fits your life right now.

Therapy structure

Short term VS Long term

We can shape therapy around your goals, your timeline, and the kind of support that feels sustainable.

1

12 Week Plan

Ideal for:

  • Navigating a breakup or life transition
  • Addressing anxiety patterns
  • Processing a specific event
  • Strengthening boundaries
  • Clarifying identity questions
  • Building coping skills

A 12-week plan is:

  • Structured
  • Goal-oriented
  • Time-limited
  • Collaborative

We will:

  • Identify clear focus areas early on
  • Track themes and progress intentionally
  • Develop practical tools and insights
  • Reassess at the end of 12 weeks
2

Ongoing long-term Therapy

This format allows space to:

  • Explore family history and attachment patterns
  • Work through trauma
  • Process identity development
  • Address relational dynamics
  • Understand long-standing emotional patterns
  • Move at a pace guided by what emerges

Long-term therapy supports:

  • Deeper transformation
  • Gradual integration
  • Relational repair within the therapeutic space
  • Work that unfolds over time rather than in phases

There is no fixed timeline.

SUPPORT

FAQs

My goal is to make therapy accessible for people who may not be able to pay standard California rates. I offer lower cost sessions and flexible options so you can receive consistent support without feeling overwhelmed by the financial side of care. Therapy should be available to people from all backgrounds, not only those who can afford higher fees.

Yes. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who qualify. These spots are designed for people who need support but cannot pay the full fee. We can talk together about what feels manageable for you.

Yes. Some people come weekly, others come biweekly, and some adjust their schedule based on what they are navigating. We will work together to find a rhythm that supports your goals while honoring your budget and capacity.

I offer both. Some clients come in for short term support around a specific issue. Others stay longer to work through deeper patterns or ongoing stress. You do not need to decide right away. We can explore what feels right as we go.

Yes. I offer online therapy for clients located anywhere in California. Many people choose online sessions because they are flexible, private, and easier to fit into a busy schedule.

Yes. I speak fluent Spanish and offer therapy fully in Spanish for individuals and families who prefer it.

I am not in network with insurance at this time. Many clients choose to pay out of pocket because it gives them more privacy and flexibility. If I join insurance panels in the future, I will update this page.

I use Ivy Pay, a secure payment app created specifically for therapists. It is simple, private, and easy to use.

We can talk about what feels realistic for you. Some clients come biweekly or adjust their schedule during certain months. My goal is to support you in a way that feels sustainable, not stressful.

Yes. Life happens. You can pause and return when you are ready. I will always welcome you back without judgment.
