Terapia en Español

Trauma-informed, culturally attuned support

Nota: Puede traducir este sitio web arriba de la pagina.

Many clients find themselves searching for a Spanish speaking therapist who is fluent in the language and understands the cultural nuances that shape who they are. I am a Spanish therapist who offers therapy in Spanish that is both trauma-informed and culturally attuned.

Finding a therapist who truly understands you – your language, culture, and story – can make all the difference. As a Spanish speaking therapist, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself freely without needing to translate your emotions or experiences.

I understand the importance of communicating in the language that feels most natural to you. When we process trauma in the language in which it occurred, healing can deepen. You don't have to search for words or worry that meaning gets lost in translation. Therapy in Spanish allows for genuine connection, trust, and understanding.
